With the explosive growth of the sport of lacrosse around the country, the need for knowledgeable, experienced coaches and officials is greater than ever before. US Lacrosse is committed to providing opportunities to develop these important leaders. Our Pittsburgh chapter is dedicated to providing as many resources to our region as possible. The Coaching Education Program

In accordance with the US Lacrosse Strategic Plan, the US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program has been established to create a multi-level, national, standardized education curriculum and additional resources, accessible to all coaches at every level.

National Player Clinics

The U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Teams Programs routinely conduct inexpensive one-day clinics around the country for youth lacrosse players. Have fun while learning the skills of the game from the best players in the world. These clinics are an excellent opportunity for youth and high school boys and girls to learn from the best players in the United States. Officials’ Training Programs

Are you ready for the stripes? US Lacrosse offers comprehensive training for both new and advancing men’s and women’s lacrosse officials in Western PA. Physical Education Curriculum for Schools

The US Lacrosse/Nationwide Parents’ Guide

This online guide, sponsored by Nationwide® Insurance, serves as an introduction to the sport for parents who are relatively new to the game. The information provided - from game rules to coaching suggestions - is designed to help parents in their understanding of the sport.
